Who we are

Mehra Dot Dev is the independent freelance practice of Anurag Mehra, providing web and mobile application development services.

For service, legal, or policy inquiries, please use the contact form.

Project agreements

Each engagement requires a signed written agreement defining the scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, timeline, revisions, and any post-delivery support. Submitting an inquiry does not create an engagement or reserve availability.

Project-specific terms in the signed agreement take precedence over these general service terms where they differ, subject to applicable law. Changes to these website terms do not automatically amend an existing signed agreement.

Scope and changes

Work is performed according to the agreed scope. Additional features, changes outside that scope, and their effects on price or schedule must be agreed in writing before the additional work begins.

Revision allowances are set out in the project agreement. Corrections needed to bring our work into conformity with the agreed requirements are distinguished from new requests or changes to those requirements.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide the necessary content, assets they are authorized to use, access, feedback, and approvals. Delays in these dependencies may affect delivery dates. A designated point of contact helps keep project decisions and approvals clear.

Fees and payments

Fees, applicable taxes, milestones, accepted payment methods, and due dates are specified in the project agreement or invoice. Overdue payments may result in work being paused following written notice, with corresponding changes to the delivery schedule.

Budget figures submitted through the contact form are estimates for discussion, not quotations or commitments by either party.

Ownership and third-party materials

Ownership of agreed custom deliverables transfers after full payment, as specified in the project agreement. Pre-existing tools, open-source software, licensed assets, and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective ownership and licensing terms.

The project agreement will identify the deliverables and any access or usage rights that form part of the handover.

Portfolio and confidentiality

Completed, publicly released work may be displayed in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed, subject to confidentiality obligations. Client confidential information is not included in public case studies.

Support and delivery

Any post-delivery support period and its scope are set out in the project agreement. New features, design changes, and ongoing maintenance are not automatically included in bug-fix support.

Cancellation and refunds

Please read the Cancellation & Refund Policy. The signed project agreement should document any project-specific arrangements. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Using this website

You may browse the portfolio and share links to its public pages. Please do not misuse the contact form, submit unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website. Project names, client logos, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

External websites, including showcased projects, operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We aim to resolve concerns through discussion and, where appropriate, mutually agreed mediation before formal proceedings. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be brought before competent courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
