Who is responsible

Mehra Dot Dev, the freelance practice of Anurag Mehra, operates this website. Privacy questions can be sent through the general inquiry form.

Information you provide

When you send an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, and message. For project inquiries, we also receive your chosen currency and approximate budget, and any optional project type or timeline you provide.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or confidential project files in the contact form. We can agree on an appropriate way to share project materials later.

How information is used

We use inquiry information to understand your request, reply to you, discuss a potential engagement, and manage any resulting project correspondence. We do not sell your personal information or add you to a marketing mailing list through this form.

Email delivery and storage

The contact form uses Resend to send your message to our business inbox. Resend processes the inquiry details and email addresses needed to deliver that message. This website does not maintain a separate database of inquiry submissions. Messages and subsequent correspondence remain in our email system and are handled by its service provider.

Correspondence is retained as needed to respond, manage business relationships, resolve disputes, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. There is no automatic deletion schedule for inquiry emails. You can contact us to request deletion, subject to any information we need to retain for those purposes.

Hosting and spam protection

Cloudflare provides hosting, request processing, and Turnstile spam protection for the contact flow. Security checks can process technical information such as IP address and browser information. The form also applies request-rate limits to reduce abuse.

Our hosting and email providers may process operational records needed to deliver and secure their services, including outside your country. The site does not deliberately log the content of inquiry messages. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Resend’s privacy policy for information about their processing.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not use advertising trackers or visitor analytics. Security services may process browser signals or use mechanisms needed to prevent abuse. Those services are separate from visitor analytics.

Your requests

You may contact us to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify that a request relates to you before acting on it. Applicable legal and record-keeping requirements may limit what can be deleted.

External websites

Links to client projects, app stores, GitHub, and Tackbok take you to services with their own privacy policies. This policy covers mehra.dev, not the data practices of those other websites or applications.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or how inquiries are handled. The date at the top indicates the latest revision.
